Standard landlord accounts are free and need no renewal, and allow you to post as many rentals as you wish. Our database covers the entire Greater Southern and Northern California and allows you to post as much information as you wish about your rentals. We encourage full-text descriptions and as many pictures as you have! We can do a quick drive-past on your apartment for pictures if you need, and for a one-time charge of $40 we can take and post a virtual-tour of the apartment!

If you want to upgrade your account for increased visibility. Upgraded accounts« listings will show up in guest searches as well as standard member searches, and also in our Yahoo! storefront. Upgraded listings typically receive three time as many calls and are rented faster than standard listings.
