What does it mean when a listing is 'Deactivated'?

Landlord FAQ » Landlord Services

An ad that has been deactivated is still stored in your account, but will not be shown to members when they search. Deactivated properties can be Reactivated at any time by clicking on the Reactivate Ad link in the property management page. This feature is great if you manage a complex with several identical apartments; you can post the ad, and when the building is full you can deactivate the listing. Then, when a vacancy opens up you can re-activate the ad. Keeping an ad stored as a De-active Ad makes it much quicker to post again if it becomes available in the future.<
