We do offer a credit-history service for all member tenants and landlords. The report includes a detailed credit-history and rating, bankruptcy filings, outstanding debts, as well as any evictions that were filed upon that person.

Members and landlords can obtain a report for free as part of our member benefits.

If you want to obtain a report on a potential tenant, simply fax a credit application with authorization form to our office at (310)276-2700, and we will fax it back to you as soon as possible.
