Subletting is when a person leases a property from the owner, and then rents it out to other tenants. If you are looking for a temporary housing solution, you should look for units that are listed as sublet.

We do not list sublet properties. The terms of the sublet lease differ from one landlord to another, so be sure to ask the property owner about the details of the sublet agreement.
