I found a Place on my own. How Do I process a refund.?

We will issue a refund according to the contract that you signed when you joined as per the California Department of Real Estate. We will require a copy of your lease , the last 4 digits of the card that you used to join and it's expiration date faxed to our office at 310-276-2700 . We will verify that listing was not on our site , issue appropriate credit and E- mail the refund receipts.
