When you subscribe to our services you will receive complete access to our extensive database, which we guarantee will be enough time for you to find an apartment. In fact, most people find an apartment within a week!

All of the rentals in our listings have full contact information for the landlord, including an eMail address if they submitted one. Most of the rentals listed have full color photos, and some even include multiple photo sets or a virtual walk-through! Rentals in our database are cross-indexed by a vast array of criteria, such as appliances, flooring type, pet screening, and each listings? proximity to schools and shopping areas.

In addition to the rental database, you will also receive the benefit of being able to call and speak with a live representative for apartment hunting advice. Members also receive a complementary consultation with one of our agents. Just make an appointment to stop by our office and we will sit down with you to discuss your options. We have lived in the Los Angeles area for over 27 years and have been working in real estate for more than 20 years, so we can answer many questions about the many regions of Southern and Northern California.
