We provide a database that is populated with apartments, duplexes, condos, houses and townhouses and other rentals all over Southern and Northern California and the surrounding areas. The database is updated in real-time so that new rentals will show up in the listings the second that they are posted. Some other services contain old listings that have long since been rented, but we routinely call the landlords and update our listings to make sure that you won't waste any time calling on an apartment that has already been occupied.

Apartments that are listed with us are cross-indexed in our custom built search engine so you can search by all of the important details, such as price, location, size; and even some more obscure criteria like proximity to schools and shopping areas, or flooring type.

All of the contact information for the landlords is immediately available for members, so you can start making calls at once without having to go through a middle-man.
