Our family lives exclusively upstairs. We have 2 kids 6 and 8 and maintain school-centric hours up at 7am-back at 3: 30 - kids asleep at 8, parents at 11PM. The space comes with WIFI and TV and includes water, garbage, and electricity in the cost. No pets.
